Sustainability rooted in the soil
Our journey from grain to glass begins with Ghanaian farmers. Every crop, every harvest, and every pint connects us to thousands of people whose work sustains our business. Through long-term partnerships, agronomic innovation, and water stewardship, we’re creating a future where prosperity flows across the entire value chain.
Local Raw Material (LRM) Aggregator Sessions
We work closely with farmer aggregators across the northern regions to strengthen sourcing networks, improve yields, and promote shared growth. These sessions bring together farmers, suppliers, and Guinness Ghana teams to share insights and build resilience across our supply chain.
P3SG Project
Through 48 demonstration plots across the five northern regions, including 28 regenerative agriculture sites, the P3SG Project empowers farmers to adopt Good Agronomic Practices (GAP). In partnership with the Centre for No-Till Agriculture, farmers learn regenerative techniques that improve soil health, productivity, and long-term income stability.
Water for Life Project
In the Upper West Region, the Nadowli and Nandom water projects delivered 250,475 m³ of clean water through solar-powered boreholes, serving over 86,000 people. These initiatives not only replenish vital water sources but also protect livelihoods in the communities that sustain us.
