Key Experience: Over 35 years in practice and consulting, including Country Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Ghana (PwC) and member of the PwC Africa Governance Board. Expertise in corporate finance, recovery, auditing, arbitration, and organizational restructuring.
Current/Previous Boards: Currently Chairman of GGB, KEK Insurance Brokers; Director at MTN Ghana/Scancom Plc, Payswitch Company. Formerly Chairman of Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) and on the Board of Standard Chartered Bank Plc.
Other Roles: Founding President of the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors (GARIA) and a member of the UNCITRAL Working Group V (Insolvency Law).
Qualifications : D.Sc (h.c), BSc Hons. (Administration), MA (Professional Accounting); certified/member of various institutes including American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Institutes of Chartered Accountants (Ghana and Sierra Leone).

Joined Board: July 4, 2025.
Key Experience: Dynamic leader with a proven track record of transforming businesses across diverse industries (e.g., beverages, telecom, textiles).
Prior Role: General Manager at BRALICO SA, where he grew market share from 5% to 60% in nine years.
Expertise: Strategic planning, cost optimization, crisis management, and leading organizational restructuring (e.g., at MOCAF CENTRAL AFRICA SA and ATLANTIQUE TELECOM GABON SA).
Other Experience: Managed sales strategies for VAC TOGO (Vlisco African Company-TOGO) and has extensive experience in topography and land survey projects as General Manager of GEOTOP.

Joined Board: July 4, 2025 (Appointed Finance Director August 1, 2025).
Key Experience: Over 25 years of international financial leadership across FMCG, automotive, and manufacturing sectors, with broad regional experience in East and West Africa.
Prior Roles: Held several senior finance roles within the CFAO Group, including CFO for CFAO Mobility Kenya and Finance Director for a brewery (CFAO/Heineken joint venture).
Expertise: Financial transformation, M&A integration, compliance programs, operational excellence, risk management, and governance.
Attributes: Bilingual (English/French) and focused on building agile teams and driving sustainable growth.

Joined Board: July 4, 2025.
Key Role: Chief Executive Officer of the Castel Group since 2023, one of the main beverage groups globally and a leader in Africa (22 countries).
Background: Co-founded the Geneva-based business law firm Aegis Partners; deep legal expertise, particularly in complex corporate and tax matters.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Law (Geneva), Master of Law (Zurich), and a postgraduate degree in taxation (LL.M. Tax).

Joined Board: September 22, 2015.
Key Role: Chief Executive Office of TransAfrica Holdings Limited, a financial investment holding company with investments across Africa and the USA.
Experience: Over 30 years of senior management experience in investment banking. Formerly a Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for HSBC Equator Bank plc (UK).
Current Boards: Chairman of Delico Properties Development’s subsidiaries (West Hills Mall, Accra Mall, Kumasi City Mall, Achimota Mall); Board Member of CDH Investment Bank, and SDC Capital.

Key Role: Chief Financial Officer of the Castel Group since January 2021, having joined the group in 1994.
Experience: Held numerous directorships across Castel’s subsidiaries (including African breweries and European holding companies). Implemented the Castel Group’s compliance program and served as President of the Ethics Committee.
Qualifications: Graduated from the School of Business and Administration of Poitiers, and holds a Chartered Accountancy diploma.

Joined Board: April 30, 2025.
Key Experience: Over 20 years of banking experience across the financial services sector in Ghana, Zambia, and Mozambique.
Focus: Passionate leader with a firm belief in the potential of Ghanaian SMEs to grow and compete internationally, with capacity in women entrepreneurial development.
Expertise: Transformational leadership, enterprise development, financial analysis, and structuring significant transactions in the extractive sector.
Qualifications: Sustainable Business Strategy and Leadership Essentials from Harvard Business School, MBA from Robert Gordon University Aberdeen Business School.

Joined Board: September 3, 2024 (Appointed Supply Chain Director July 2024).
Key Experience: 25 years in Supply Chain at Guinness Ghana Breweries (GGBL), having joined as a management trainee in 1999.
Roles: Led both the Achimota and Kaase Breweries as Site Manager and led various capacity expansion projects.
Expertise: Deep manufacturing experience and a focus on driving performance in line efficiencies.
Qualifications: B.Sc. Biological Sciences (KNUST), Diploma in Brewing (Institute of Brewing and Distilling, UK), Certificate in Supply Chain Management (APICS).

Joined Board: September 14, 2022.
Key Role: Deputy Managing Director at Bank of Africa Kenya Ltd. 20 years of experience in the Banking industry.
Expertise: Strategy design and execution, enterprise risk management, treasury management, financial markets trading, and operational resilience.
Background: Pioneer team member of Guaranty Trust Bank Ghana Ltd; credited with transforming the Treasury Department at Bank of Africa.
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (FCCA, UK), Chartered Banker (CIB-Ghana), Certified Financial Risk Manager (GARP, USA), MBA in Finance and Risk Management, and an LLB degree.

Key Role: Legal Director and Company Secretary of Guinness Ghana.
Experience: Over 16 years as a senior executive lawyer; litigator and advisor to government and large multi-national corporations.
Expertise: Multifaceted commercial transactions, legal and regulatory compliance, employment law, acquisitions/divestitures, corporations law, competition law, and corporate governance.
Prior Roles (Australia): General Counsel and Company Secretary for Thorn Group (a publicly listed company), and Head of Legal and Commercial Affairs and Group Company Secretary for IQ Group. Trained and educated in Australia.
